As an innovative musical instrument brand, NUX has built several well-known pedals and multi-effects. And for users who use high gain distortion pedals, finding an adequate power supply tends to be a headache. While a DC daisy-chain can drive several pedals, the combination of analog and digital pedals on a single chain can result in annoying ground noise. So, we set out to build a reliable, extreme-low-noise, lightweight, universal, high current, all-isolated power supply.

In our research, we found that many manufacturers used “toroidal transformers” in their power supply solutions. Although these transformers can provide clean power,the compromises in efficiency, weight, and size motivated us to seek a more optimal solution, which we have named Zeus.

This compact unit offers 6 high‐current isolated DC power outputs, each supported by an individual isolated switching power transformer. ZEUS Jr. ensures a clean and stable powersupply for your pedals.These days, guitarists like to integrate digital post effects like Eventide®, Strymon®, …etc. So, ZEUS Jr. comes with 4 outputs (9V/500mA*3 | 9V/300mA*1) and 2 adjustable high current outputs (9V/300mA | 12v/225mA | 18v/150mA).
