Pfretzschner Student Model 120 Violin 1/4 (German Made)
The E. R. Pfretzschner full size violin, model 120 was the standard student instrument of its' day. It features a modestly flamed spruce top and maple back and sides. The fingerboard, pegs and tailpiece are fashioned from ebony with a plastic chin rest common to this particular model. This unit has one metal fine tuner for the high e string which allows for better adjustment of the tuning. Featured in this ad is a non-serialized Pfretzschner made in Germany. The violin dates from the late 1970s, early 1980s and shows only modest wear upon the top, back and sides of the instrument. On the top of the violin are several very slight pings, but no cracks or dents. The side top rims have some discolorations or wear from usage right around where a player might attach a shoulder rest.
Please note of slight scratches on the front of the violin, other than that this violin is excellent condition.
violin comes with Bow, Case, and Rosin.
